This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Wordflow (the "App"), published by MockWit ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use it. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

Summary

• Wordflow has no accounts, no sign-in, and does not ask you for your name, email, or contacts.
• Your game scores, stats, and settings are stored only on your device.

Information We Collect Directly

We do not collect personal information about you on our own servers. Wordflow does not require an account and has no login. Your gameplay data — best score, streak, game history, daily-puzzle progress, and preferences such as sound and haptics — is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Information Collected by Advertising (Google AdMob)

Wordflow displays advertisements using Google AdMob. To serve, cap, and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information from your device, which may include:

• Device advertising identifier (IDFA) and other device identifiers
• Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address
• Device and connection information (device model, OS version, network)
• Ad-interaction and app-usage data (ads shown, taps, sessions)
• Diagnostic and performance data

This data is handled by Google under its own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Information about how Google uses data from apps that use its services is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

App Tracking Transparency & Personalized Ads

On first launch (or as required), Wordflow may present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt asking for permission to use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).

• If you allow, you may receive personalized (interest-based) ads.
• If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized (contextual only). The App remains fully playable either way.

You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device. Wordflow also uses Apple's SKAdNetwork to measure ad campaign performance in a privacy-preserving way that does not identify you.

Consent (EEA, UK, and Similar Regions)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another region with similar requirements, Wordflow presents a consent message (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads, and requests your consent as required by applicable law such as the GDPR. You may withdraw or change your consent through the App's privacy options where offered.

Children's Privacy

Wordflow is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Data Retention

Because gameplay data is stored only on your device, it remains until you delete the App or clear its data. Data processed by Google for advertising is retained according to Google's policies.

Your Choices

• Adjust or revoke ad tracking via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Reset your advertising identifier in iOS settings.
• Delete the App to remove all locally stored gameplay data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
